Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at Paradox. As Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue-generating strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a revenue strategy that aligns with company goals
  • Lead and manage the sales, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Monitor revenue pipeline and establish analytics to measure and forecast demand
  • Create predictable and scalable revenue machine through lead generation, conversion, and sales retention systems
Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role in B2C digital environment
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through new-product development, marketing, sales, branding, and partnerships
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build high-performing teams
  • Data-obsessed and strong analytical mind
  • Possess a passion for EdTech and desire to sell meaningful products that change lives
Benefits:
