We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at Paradox. As Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue-generating strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement a revenue strategy that aligns with company goals
- Lead and manage the sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Monitor revenue pipeline and establish analytics to measure and forecast demand
- Create predictable and scalable revenue machine through lead generation, conversion, and sales retention systems
- At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role in B2C digital environment
- Proven track record of growing revenue through new-product development, marketing, sales, branding, and partnerships
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build high-performing teams
- Data-obsessed and strong analytical mind
- Possess a passion for EdTech and desire to sell meaningful products that change lives
- Estimated salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year
- French: Native speaker required; English: Fluent
- Technical skills in marketing automation, CRM, digital channels, business intelligence, and customer data platform
