Role Overview
Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Client Success Specialist to join our team in Portugal. This role will focus on driving customer value and satisfaction through personalized support and services.

About the Job
We are looking for a talented professional with 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles. As an Enterprise Client Success Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and success by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales and Channel teams to understand client relationships and growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Effectively communicate with clients regarding technical issues and service inquiries
- Identify and address potential roadblocks to client success

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles
- Experience working with Meraki technologies and basic networking concepts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to articulate complex technical matters to non-technical audiences
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development within Cisco Systems, Inc.
