We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team in the Spanish market. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will play a critical role in driving customer adoption, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute tailored onboarding strategies for new customers to ensure successful product adoption
  • Identify and address customer pain points through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
