Enterprise Customer Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team in the Spanish market. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will play a critical role in driving customer adoption, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute tailored onboarding strategies for new customers to ensure successful product adoption
- Identify and address customer pain points through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal

- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
