Customer Success Account Manager

At Microsoft, we're committed to empowering our customers to achieve more through innovative technology solutions. As a Customer Success Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business value for our strategic enterprise customers.
Responsibilities- Nurture and develop relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their business priorities and goals.
- Partner with account teams to drive conversations that define and prioritize strategic alignment between customer and Microsoft goals.
- Orchestrate delivery resources to facilitate value realization and drive operational health.
- Help customers realize the value of their Microsoft investments and leverage support agreements to achieve their goals.
- Identify and mitigate customer blockers by leveraging Microsoft solutions and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field, and relevant experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (reading, speaking, and writing).
- Additional qualifications include relevant work experience within the customer industry, Microsoft or competitor certification in relevant technologies, and ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification.
