Customer Success Manager

We're looking for a passionate and experienced customer-centric leader to join our Central Europe regional team. As a Manager of Customer Success, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Success Managers who are responsible for the day-to-day operations and long-term business relationships with our Mid-Market customers.



About the Role

You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing your team to ensure they have the skills and confidence needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop strong partnerships and ensure our customers receive the best possible service.



Responsibilities


  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of CSMs to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to refine structure, systems, and resources to support Mid-Market and Enterprise customers
  • Own your team's metrics (net retention, product adoption, customer advocacy) and drive plans to exceed expectations
