About the Role
We are seeking a talented Client Success Specialist to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute client success plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs and pain points
- Deliver high-quality client presentations and insights to drive business decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data and drive business insights
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
