About the Role



We are seeking a talented Client Success Specialist to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.




  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute client success plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs and pain points
  • Deliver high-quality client presentations and insights to drive business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients


Requirements:




  • 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and drive business insights
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
