About the Opportunity
Snaphunt, a multilingual head-hunting recruitment company, is seeking a Multilingual Customer Success Specialist to join their team.
The Role
- As a Multilingual Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service standards and advice on their enquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- You will develop account plans to enhance service delivery and build strong internal relationships to optimize service delivery in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
Your Profile
- You have at least 1 year of experience, including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
- You are an excellent networker and relationship builder.
The Package
Our client offers an attractive salary and benefits package. We estimate the salary to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
