At CBT, we deliver innovative solutions to clients worldwide. As a Multilingual Customer Experience Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team.
About the RoleThis role involves providing top-notch customer support and communication services to international clients in multiple languages.
You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support clients through various roles such as Contact Moderator, Translator, Customer Service, Content Moderator, Account Manager, and Sales Specialist.
- Utilize language skills to communicate effectively and provide exceptional service to international clients.
- Fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- No prior experience is necessary; however, any background in customer service or account management is advantageous.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on performance.
