We are seeking a skilled Global Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Multilingual Jobs Worldwide. In this role, you will provide technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email in Dutch, utilizing your excellent communication skills to resolve emerging issues with precision and efficiency.
About the RoleAs a Technical Customer Advisor, you will apply your technical troubleshooting skills to respond to customer inquiries and document relevant case information. You will also ensure excellent customer satisfaction, assist with sales and general inquiries, and address customer escalations accurately. Additionally, you will collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close tickets and maintain the internal ticketing system in English.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of €4,200 per month (14 monthly payments per year) + a monthly performance bonus + meal allowance + transportation subsidy. Additionally, we provide a relocation package including flight reimbursement and accommodation for 12 months, as well as private health insurance with dental plan after 6 months of the contract. Required Skills and Qualifications- Native-level Dutch language skills + English proficiency
- Experience in technical troubleshooting is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify technical jargon for non-technical users
- PC literacy is required
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Aptitude for wireless troubleshooting
