We are looking for talented individuals to join our Customer Success team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with sales, product, and tech teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a daily lunch allowance, health insurance, transportation reimbursement, and state-of-the-art work equipment.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Success Tech Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Integrating client data into our platform using Excel matrices, APIs, EBICS, bank connectors, and SFTP
- Communicating with stakeholders to ensure rapid implementation of Agicap
- Contributing to team development and process building by creating documentation and conveying client needs to product teams
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business or engineering
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Familiarity with software implementation and customer success
Our interview process typically takes 2 weeks and consists of a first meeting with the Talent Acquisition team, a role play or case study with the respective department, and a final round with management.
