We're seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our Global Scaled Customer Success organization, you'll work closely with customers across multiple segments, delivering tailored engagements through comprehensive Discovery and expert Recommendations. You'll facilitate 1:Many webinar events, scaled campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our customers derive value, are optimized for success, and grow with Zendesk long-term.

A typical day as a Scaled CSM involves working with diverse customer cohorts, from small Retail businesses to larger Enterprise organizations. You'll leverage data and insights to inform your approach, shape recommendations, and drive customer satisfaction. You'll also develop expertise in Zendesk's products, providing consultation, demos, and standard processes for quick wins, while guiding customers on advanced features and integrations.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong analytical skills, the ability to adapt quickly, and excellent communication skills. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various stakeholders, including Sales, Renewals, Professional Services, and more.

The estimated salary for this position is around €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience. If you're passionate about shaping something new, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and want to be part of a team breaking new ground, this opportunity is for you.
