Job DescriptionThis role is based in Lisbon, Portugal and requires 3+ days in office per week. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will work with a diverse book of customers across multiple industries, delivering 1:1 engagements through comprehensive discovery and expert recommendations, facilitating 1:Many webinar events, and scaled campaigns.
Responsibilities:- Work across a large cohort of different types of customers, identifying business objectives and mapping solutions in a thorough, compelling, and crisp manner.
- Deliver tailored customer experiences through customized product capabilities, advanced features, and integrations.
- Host weekly online events that let customers get to know us while they learn alongside their peers.
- 3+ years of experience working in Customer Success or Account Management, with a focus on dynamic, agile, and nimble teams.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, Tableau, and Zendesk, as well as the ability to quickly learn and understand new products and software systems.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and French.
- A competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A hybrid work experience designed at the team level, giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.
