Customer Success Role
At Truphone, we are seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational customer experience of small and medium accounts, ensuring high-quality service while exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-boarding of new or existing accounts
- Project management and alignment of customer requirements with contract execution
- Collaboration with internal resources to secure project success
- Handover from on-boarding into In-life Business As Usual Life Cycle Journey
- Proactive driving of the end-to-end customer experience and satisfaction
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in Project Management and/or Service Management in a Service delivery role
- Mobile Telecommunications knowledge
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Business fluency in English is mandatory
