Customer Success Specialist

We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support mid-tier customers during their post-sale lifecycle. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assessing customer needs, providing real-time suggestions, and driving adoption and retention. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a knack for understanding business needs, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support mid-tier accounts through various touch points, including onboarding, adoption, and retention.
  • Assess customer needs and provide real-time suggestions to increase adoption.
  • Engage customers in strong discovery to uncover pain points and drive toward resolution.
  • Use influence with key stakeholders to drive usage and adoption.
  • Advise customers on the most appropriate features for their specific business needs.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
  • Tailor content and communication style to service a variety of stakeholders.
  • Act as the customer's primary point of escalation to manage customer expectations.
