Drive Business Success with Uber for Business

At Adecco, we're seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our Uber for Business team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead smooth onboarding and launch experiences for high-growth customers
  • Collaborate with Sales to deliver top-notch customer experiences, driving growth
  • Solve client pain points with Uber's unique solutions
  • Deliver impactful onboarding to ensure full client adoption
  • Stay customer-centric, providing personalized support and building long-lasting relationships
  • Manage with precision, developing a clear launch pipeline and managing client ramp-ups proactively
Requirements:
  • 3 years in B2B account management, customer success, or onboarding
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage diverse stakeholders
  • Customer focus, with a detail-oriented, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering unparalleled customer success
  • Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills in both Portuguese and business-level English
  • Adaptability, thriving in a dynamic environment and easily adjusting to evolving business needs
What We Offer:
  • Contract with Adecco RH, with the possibility of continuity through performance and business development
  • Attractive salary package, including food allowance (7.63/day)
  • Full-time position, from 09H00 to 18H00, Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid position, 2 days per week in home-office and 3 days in Lisbon's office
