Unlock Your Potential as an Account Manager Specialist

At Adecco, we're on the lookout for a talented Account Manager Specialist to join our team in Portugal. As a key player in our Uber for Business division, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to engage prospect clients, close deals, and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Manage client ramp-ups proactively, ensuring smooth onboarding experiences for new and high-growth clients.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to inform onboarding and implementation processes, ensuring full adoption of our solutions.
  • Address and resolve client challenges using Uber's innovative solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
What We're Looking For:
  • 3 years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or onboarding.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: a detail-oriented, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering unparalleled customer success.
  • Communication Skills: strong listening, communication, and organizational skills in both Portuguese and business-level English.
  • Adaptability: thrive in a dynamic environment and easily adjust to evolving business needs.
What We Offer:
  • Contract with Adecco RH, with the possibility of continuity through performance and business development.
  • Attractive salary package, including food allowance.
  • Full-time position, from 09H00 to 18H00 Monday to Friday.
  • Hybrid position, 2 days per week in home-office and 3 days in Lisbon's office.
