A unique opportunity awaits at Agicap, a rapidly growing fintech company with over 7000 customers and revenue growth exceeding 100% YoY for the past three years. As part of our Customer Success team, you will play a pivotal role in training, customizing our platform, and supporting clients throughout their lifecycle.

Job Description

You will serve as a bridge between our Sales and Customer Success departments, collaborating with the Product and Tech teams to empower clients to access essential cash flow management information on our platform. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Integrating client data: You will be the technical expert assisting new clients in defining the necessary data to integrate into our tool and determining the optimal method for doing so.
  2. Contributing to team development and process building: You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and tools, create documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer within the team, and advocate for client needs to assist product teams in prioritizing new features.

We offer opportunities for specialization based on your interests, including expertise in banking connectivity (PSD2, EBICS, SWIFT, SFTP Server) and third-party software connectivity (accounting, invoicing).
