Tech Device Support Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Tech Device Support Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal. This is an exceptional opportunity for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for technology.
As a Tech Device Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers regarding various tech devices. Your excellent communication skills and ability to assist customers with inquiries and issues related to gaming and technology will make you a valuable asset to our team.
The ideal candidate should possess fluency in English (C2 Level or Native), be available to work night shifts, and have good computer skills. Additionally, previous experience in customer support, tech support, or the gaming area is highly desirable. Candidates must already reside in the Lisbon area and be EU citizens or have the proper residence/work permit.
We offer a competitive salary of €30,000 - €35,000 per year, private health insurance, meal allowance, and opportunities for fast-paced career growth.
