Job Summary

As the Scale Customer Success Leader for EMEA, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Scale Specialists in driving adoption and long-term value realization for ThousandEyes EMEA-based customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to advocate for customers and ensure a high-quality experience throughout their lifecycle. Key responsibilities include leading a team, owning success metrics, and partnering with sales teams to drive retention and expansion.

About the Role

This role requires a proven leader with experience in customer success management, team leadership, and sales partnerships. You should have a deep understanding of the customer journey and be able to develop and implement strategies to drive adoption and value realization. The successful candidate will be a key member of the CS leadership team and will have the opportunity to shape the future of customer success at ThousandEyes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and directly manage a team of Customer Success Scale Specialists
• Own success metrics for EMEA, including GRR and NRR, and associated leading indicators of success
• Partner with the EMEA sales team to drive retention and expansion
• Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption and value realization
• Analyze customer trends, successes, and challenges to inform leadership decisions
• Ensure timely and accurate forecasting for the team
