Job Summary
As a Key Account Specialist at Red Bull, you will be responsible for developing and executing the national Impulse channel strategy, ensuring the commercial policy is followed across Gas Stations, Specialty Retailer, and Convenience Retail channels.

Main Responsibilities
• Negotiate national agreements for pricing conditions, counterparts, assortments, planograms, promotional activities, secondary placement, and transversal projects with Gas Stations, Specialty Retail, and Convenience Retail channel partners;
• Develop and implement Impulse channel strategies for sub-channels (Gas Stations, Specialty Retailer, Convenience Retail) through business reviews and national action plans with customers and internal field sales teams;
• Identify and target new customers to increase Red Bull distribution;
• Ensure commercial compliance and strategy for Red Bull Portugal;
• Grow Red Bull's share at existing customers and maintain category captain status with CATMAN support;
• Negotiate win-win partnership agreements that add value to both Red Bull and customers;
• Collaborate with the Field Sales Force to share strategies and priorities;
• Monitor the implementation of negotiated agreements through data sharing and PSR results;
• Manage sell-in sales and operations forecasts with Logistics department input;
• Oversee the Impulse channel budget in collaboration with Finance team;
• Implement transversal projects with respective departments (Field Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management);
• Ensure seamless collaboration with international teams;
• Implement internal processes to achieve customer objectives;
• Foster a collaborative environment among stakeholders (account managers, trade marketers, administration, logistics, finance) to guarantee progress.

Requirements
• A minimum of 5-6 years of commercial experience in a consumer goods company, preferably in the field (sector manager/sales manager) and head office (KAM or Business Developer);
• Good knowledge and/or strong affinity with the Impulse/Out-of-Home world;
• Salesperson with strong listening, adaptation, and prospecting skills to convince external and internal stakeholders;
• Adaptability to integrate quickly into diverse environments to deal with various customers and personalities;
• Analytical skills to accurately understand market dynamics and levers impacting Red Bull and market sales;
• Curiosity, autonomy, and a capacity to propose new solutions;
• Leadership and team spirit to build relationships with other departments and international contacts;
• Fluent in English and advanced Portuguese; university degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Financial, Engineering, or Marketing.
