About the Role
As a key member of our Distribution Management Team, you will be responsible for representing and managing Red Bull's business with assigned Distribution Partners (Wholesalers and C&C), driving growth, executing Red Bull initiatives, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with the company strategy and priorities, ultimately leading to an increase in Distribution, Execution, and Volume.
Main Responsibilities:
- Relevant experience in FMCG business in sales teams with a clear focus on distribution (horizontal/vertical growth).
- Strong analytical, planning, and financial skills.
- Critical understanding of markets, sales, and distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour in FMCG.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Valid driving license.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Working Conditions
This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
We estimate this role comes with a salary of approximately €45,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
