Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Specialist to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our distribution management team, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with assigned distribution partners, driving sales growth, and executing strategies to increase distribution and volume.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement sales, distribution, and execution strategies to drive business growth and meet targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, providing coaching and support to unlock distribution opportunities.
  • Analyze market data to identify gaps and opportunities in wholesale distribution, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals and ensure effective execution.
  • Represent the Red Bull brand and values through appearance, attitude, and behavior.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in FMCG sales teams with a focus on distribution (horizontal/vertical growth).
  • Strong analytical, planning, and financial skills.
  • Clear understanding of markets, sales, and distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in FMCG.
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Management, Commercial).
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
