Integrated into the Red Bull Gruppe Distribution Management Team, the Distribution Growth Manager's primary objective is to foster strong relationships with assigned Wholesale and Convenience Channel partners. This role entails driving business growth, promoting Red Bull initiatives, and tracking performance metrics in line with company strategy and priorities, ultimately resulting in increased distribution, execution, and volume.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity requires a skilled professional with experience in FMCG sales teams, focusing on distribution (horizontal/vertical growth). The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, planning, and financial skills, as well as a clear understanding of markets, sales, and distribution dynamics, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in the FMCG sector.
