Job Overview
The CRM Account Specialist plays a key role in facilitating effective communication between Business Category and operational teams. This involves driving CRM project progress, capturing forecasts to support campaign planning, coordinating engagement sessions and serving as a single point of contact for IMS CRM Services. Additionally, this position identifies areas for improvement, liaises with Global Teams and supports activation of available IMS services.
A Day in the Life:
- Gather information from Business Category and inform operational teams about scope, timings, volumes, brand guidelines, etc.
- Support defining efficient ways of working between Business Category and CRM Services' internal and external partners.
- Create and monitor CRM project progress.
- Capture forecasts for CRM Services' internal and external partners.
- Drive the roll-out/localization of global & local CRM projects to markets, liaising with internal & external partners and/or markets.
- Schedule and conduct CRM Services engagement, onboarding & training sessions with Centralized Category/Brand teams and/or Markets.
- Act as the single point of contact for IMS CRM Services.
- Collect feedback from Business Category requestors (global & local) to analyze and generate insights for improvements.
- Inform Business Category Global Team on IMS services available and support their activation.
Success Factors:
- Project management experience with stakeholder management.
- Global or multi-market environment experience.
- Marketing and branding principles knowledge.
- CRM tools and technology knowledge, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Klaviyo.
- Change management experience.
- Training other teams experience.
