Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Sales and Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and business development
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Training and Compensation:
We offer a comprehensive 15-day training program, covering product services, software tools, and customer management. The training is conducted in English and is fully compensated. The monthly gross salary is €1,227.33, plus a variable productivity bonus up to €300.00. Additional benefits include meal allowances and holiday bonuses.
Working Hours and Contract Details:
40 hours per week, typically spread over 5 days. Initial term contract of 12 months with potential extension. Permanent contract consideration after 2 years. Private health and dental insurance post-contract signature.
General Information:
Portuguese employment contract, thus Portuguese public holidays and labor laws apply. Applicants must be prepared to commute; travel expenses are not reimbursed.
