A leading FinTech company in credit management is seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Sales Support Analyst to join their team.
This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology solutions and contribute to driving business growth through strategic sales support. Key responsibilities include creating compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals that demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs and the value proposition of our solutions.
Additionally, you will support the sales team in engaging with potential clients, understanding their challenges, and showcasing how our technology can address their requirements. A comprehensive understanding of our technological solutions and services, as well as effective communication skills, are essential for success in this role.
You will research market trends, competitor offerings, and potential client challenges to provide valuable insights that strengthen sales strategies. Collaboration with internal teams will be key to developing customized proposals and responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) for financial services clients.
Leveraging your consulting experience, you will offer strategic input and advice during client meetings and sales engagements. Working closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams ensures alignment and provides feedback from the field to inform product and service improvements.
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience within the financial services sector, specifically in lending, with a proven track record in sales support or sales engineering roles.
A strong knowledge of the financial services lending industry, including trends, regulatory landscape, and client needs, is also essential. Familiarity with financial technology solutions, core banking systems, API management, and advanced analytics is a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English, and Spanish spoken and writing skills being greatly appreciated, will enable you to convey complex information clearly and compellingly.
Strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess client requirements and develop tailored solutions, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements while delivering high-quality support within tight timelines are required.
