Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, industry reports, and data to identify new opportunities for Safi's expansion.
- Comprehensive Prospect Reports: Create detailed research on potential customers to inform sales meetings and drive successful partnerships.
- Sales and Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and warm introductions to establish connections with key decision-makers and secure first meetings.
- Tech Sales: Leverage your communication skills to sell our innovative platform to clients, emphasizing its value proposition and benefits.
- Customer Onboarding and Training: Provide expert guidance to customers on using our platform, advocating for technology adoption and digital transformation in traditional industries.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer insights, observe product usage patterns, and convey feedback to the product development team to inform improvements and enhance the overall user experience.
- Transition to Self-Serve Model: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to decouple retention from human involvement, exploring strategies to scale our business effectively.
Requirements
- International Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, contributing to our global presence.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese (ideally both).
- Qualifications: Analytical internships, full-time experience, or relevant degree.
