We've established partnerships with over 1,200 businesses across Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland, with more than 2,200 contracted locations. Our mission is simple yet ambitious: Accelerate Sustainable Mobility.
The RoleAs our Senior Partnership Success Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our EV charging network. This position requires a professional with five or more years of experience in partnership management, account management, or business development. You will be responsible for deepening partner relationships to drive mutual growth.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that demands strong commercial insight and business development capabilities. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Partnership Development, Growth, Operations, and Product, to enhance partner satisfaction and engagement with our suite of tools.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and Nurture Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-value partnerships, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction with Powerdot's solutions.
- Strategic Communication: Establish and maintain open, productive communication channels with each partner to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Client Meetings and Business Reviews: Conduct regular client meetings to present performance metrics, uncover new opportunities, and discuss growth strategies.
- Monitor and Optimize EV Charging Stations: Oversee the performance of partner-owned EV charging stations, identifying optimization opportunities to drive revenue and operational improvements.
We are looking for an individual with:
- Experience and Leadership: A proven track record of success in partnership management, account management, business development, or a related role.
- Entrepreneurial and Proactive: A high level of initiative and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial approach to tackling challenges and driving results.
- Commercial and Business Acumen: Strong commercial insight and business development capabilities, with a knack for identifying new opportunities and closing deals.
- Data-Driven Mindset: The ability to rely on performance metrics and data to guide decision-making.
- Organizational Skills: A strong sense of organization and priority management, utilizing CRM tools to manage and enhance partner relationships effectively.
We offer a competitive salary of €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide private health insurance, gym pass membership, flexible time, annual offsite events, and recurrent team buildings.
