The Senior Partnership Growth Manager will play a critical role in the accelerated growth and expansion of Powerdot's EV charging network, focusing on deepening partner relationships to drive mutual growth.
About the Role- Manage and nurture high-value partnerships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction with Powerdot's solutions.
- Establish open, productive communication channels with each partner to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings to present performance metrics, uncover new opportunities, and discuss growth strategies.
This position requires a professional with 4-5 years of experience in partnership management, account management, or business development. You'll work closely with established partners, acting as their primary point of contact and advisor, ensuring continuous growth and satisfaction in each partnership.
About You- You have 4-5+ years of professional experience in partnership management, account management, business development, or a related role with a proven track record of success.
- You possess a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial approach to tackling challenges and driving results.
- You demonstrate strong commercial insight and business development capabilities, with a knack for identifying new opportunities and closing deals.
- You rely on performance metrics and data to guide decision-making, ensuring actions are backed by insights and facts.
- You excel in verbal and written communication, with proficiency in both Portuguese and English, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
The estimated annual salary for this role is around €60,000 - €80,000, depending on location and experience.
