Our client is a leading FinTech in credit management that seeks to hire a Business Development and Sales Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement
Develop sales materials, presentations, and proposals that demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs and the value proposition of our technology solutions.
Client Engagement
Support the sales team in engaging with potential clients, understanding their challenges, and showcasing how our solutions can address their requirements.
Tech Expertise
Gain a comprehensive understanding of our technological solutions and services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
Market Insights
Research market trends, competitor offerings, and potential client challenges to provide insights that strengthen sales strategies.
Proposal Development
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and responses to RFPs for financial services clients.
Strategic Input
Leverage consulting experience to offer strategic input and advice during client meetings and sales.
Client Relationship Management
Work closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and provide feedback from the field to inform product and service improvements.
Nurturing Client Relationships
Assist in nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for expanding business with existing clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience within the financial services sector, specifically in lending, with a proven track record in sales support or sales engineering roles.
Industry Knowledge
Strong knowledge of the financial services lending industry, including trends, regulatory landscape, and client needs.
Fintech Expertise
Familiarity with financial technology solutions, core banking systems, API management, and advanced analytics is an asset.
Communication Skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and compellingly.
Language Proficiency
Fluency in English, with Spanish spoken and writing skills being highly valued.
Analytical Skills
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Time Management
Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver high-quality support within tight timelines.
