Drive Market Expansion as a Business Development Manager

The Role: As an Indie Campers Business Development Manager & Regional Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth of our marketplace by acquiring new listings, managing host relationships, and ensuring high levels of host satisfaction for the West European region.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and Implementing Strategies to Acquire New Listings in the Region, Driving Marketplace Growth
  • Managing Relationships with Hosts to Ensure High Levels of Satisfaction and Engagement
  • Implementing Strategies to Reduce Churn Rate and Retain Hosts on the Platform
  • Maintaining Performance Analysis to Identify Trends, Insights, and Opportunities for Optimization
  • Providing Exceptional Support to Hosts, Addressing Their Needs and Resolving Issues Promptly


Requirements:

To Succeed in this Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a Related Field
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Related Roles
  • Strong Understanding of Acquisition and Account Management Strategies
  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in Account Management and CRM Tools is a Plus


About the Opportunity

Salary Range: €50,000 - €70,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
