We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at UpHill, Lda.
About UsUpHill is a leading provider of clinical performance analysis software-as-a-service to hospitals. Our innovative solutions help minimize medical error and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage the entire sales cycle from lead to sale
- Maintain accurate activity and follow-ups to ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle
- Work with the sales team to improve strategy and procedures
- Communicate and deliver presentations to clients and team
- BSc or MSc in business administration or similar
- 2+ years of experience working in sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS seed stage/series A company
- Proactive attitude and business-focused mindset
- Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
- Strong customer presence and presentation skills
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in English language, verbal and written
The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive compensation package, we offer flexible schedule, flexible vacation policy, birthday day-off, and health insurance.
