We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our team at Buscojobs Portugal.
About the Role:This is a remote job opportunity in the EU timezone (CET +/- 2 hours) that requires strong communication skills and experience in sales, account management, and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans, creating and maintaining sales pipelines, and building relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets in assigned regions
- Create and maintain robust sales pipelines using CRM software
- Contribute to the development and coordination of sales and marketing initiatives
- Build relationships with designated accounts to promote business and deliver exceptional sales service
- Prioritize sales efforts on high-potential opportunities
- Understand and influence account requirements for solutions
- Maintain accurate records of account, contact, opportunity, and quote data
- Provide forecasting through CRM platforms and opportunity pipelines
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Over 10 years of extensive experience in sales, account management, and/or business development roles focused on selling 3D solutions in the Energy, Manufacturing, Industry, or AEC market segments within the UK and Irish markets
- Proven experience in selling solutions and processes relevant to industries served
- Excellent communication skills, strong presentation and leadership abilities
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM software
The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, remote work options, and professional development opportunities.
