Business Development Manager for Enterprise Solutions

About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as an Account Executive. This exciting opportunity will see you engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
- Create account plans to retain and grow ACV (Actual Contract Value) with existing accounts, focusing on upsell and cross-sell.
- Uncover customers' current processes, business objectives, and strategic goals through customer discovery, use cases, and value hypotheses.
- Identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.
- Interact with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using various communication methods and tools.
- Continuously apply available resources and tools to drive results.
- Align with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support deals and customer success.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in technology sales (10-15 years preferably in Software or Business Applications) selling to cross-industry segments.
- Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement in the Spanish market.
- A history of managing Enterprise Accounts across industries such as financial services, insurance, energy, or telecommunications.
- A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing new business.
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.

- Sales Methodology Education.
- The ability to develop cases and service requirements while crafting and leading strategic alliances.
- High self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
