Business Development Manager for Spanish Market

ROOX Business Solutions is a rapidly growing company that delivers innovative 360-degree information systems' products and services to professional services, specializing in the law firm market.
We are committed to humanizing technology and rely on your expertise to help us achieve this goal. Due to our expanding business and ambition for greater market penetration, we are strengthening our team by hiring a Sales Representative focused on the Spanish market to promote and sell ROOX solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Spanish market to achieve defined sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, especially within the professional services and law firm sectors.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored ROOX solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and participation in industry events.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Customer Support and Technical Teams, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless implementation of solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of ROOX products, services, and market trends to position the company competitively.
- Regularly report sales activities, progress, and forecasts to management.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, ideally in IT solutions or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish market, with an established network of contacts being a plus, particularly within the legal firm sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Spanish (native or fluent level) and English (strong working proficiency).
- Results-driven mindset with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Availability to travel frequently within Spain and occasionally to Portugal or other locations as needed.
- Valid driver's license.
- A competitive salary package, including €50,000 base salary and performance-based commissions.
