Business Development Manager for Italian Education Market

goFLUENT is a leading provider of language training solutions. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to play a key role in developing our business activities in the Italian Education market.

What You'll Do: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing your market territory by prospecting clients in the Education market, identifying decision-makers, providing proposals, and closing meetings. You will qualify and understand your prospects' business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions
  • Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts
  • Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high-potential deals
  • Participate in exhibitions and events
  • Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts

What You'll Need: A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2Edu sales is required. SaaS and international experience are desirable. You must have excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Additionally, you should be a team player, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2Edu sales
  • Good to have SaaS and international experience
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect Education organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Proactive, personable, hard-working, and easily adaptable
  • Experience using LinkedIn
  • Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry is definitely a plus
  • At least B2 English level is a must
  • Native Italian speaker
  • Be available to work 4 days a week at the office

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience
