Global Sales Development Manager

About the role
A unique opportunity to play a key role in developing our business activities in the education market.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in the Spanish education market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop our market territory by prospecting clients in the education market, identifying decision makers, providing proposals, and closing meetings.
- Qualify and understand your prospects' business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact we bring to an organization.
- Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for our solutions.
- Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.
- Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high-potential deals.
What You'll Need
Minimum 2 years experience in B2Edu sales. Good to have SaaS and international experience.
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect education organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
Proactive, personable, hard-working, and easily adaptable.
Experience using LinkedIn.
Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry is definitely a plus.
At least B2 English level is a must.
Native Spanish speaker.
The estimated salary for this position is around $70,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience.
