About the Role

Lrqa Group is seeking a skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective lead generation, customer engagement, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking and prospecting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the company's CRM system
  • Stay informed about marketing activities and campaigns to ensure effective follow-up and lead generation
  • Develop and deliver high-quality proposals to clients in line with agreed global sales processes
