Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead our SDR team in new business accounts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales development and sales enablement, as well as experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and develop a team of SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements.
- Implement a data-driven strategy to ensure the team engages with the most relevant prospects.
- Define local ICPs and related sales plays and processes to achieve optimum demand generation efficiency.
- Develop digital and social selling tactics to create new business opportunities.
- Provide coaching and feedback to SDRs to improve performance and abilities.
- Work closely with the sales leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification process.
- Motivate team members through creative incentives and SPIFs.
- Create a fun, high-energy environment where people love coming to work.
- Minimum 1 year experience in an SDR Manager role or in a Sales Manager or Account Executive role.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to communicate with empathy and care.
- Data-driven and comfortable handling performance metrics.
- Confident leader who can motivate people to achieve their goals.
