We are seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our rapidly scaling global team. As a key player, you will be responsible for driving the prospection process and building pipelines for our sales team.

Job Description

You will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on creativity, problem-solving, and human connections. As a Sales Development Representative, your primary focus will be on:

  • Developing outbound campaigns from scratch to generate leads;
  • Engaging with new inbound and outbound leads to drive early-stage sales conversations;
  • Maintaining individual KPIs and performance metrics, regularly reporting to your manager;
  • Helping shape the team's strategy by identifying new markets or industries for lead generation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in SaaS B2B environments;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to pitch and empathize;
  • A solid understanding of business processes and practices, with a passion for improvement;
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and LinkedIn is a plus;
  • A motivated self-starter with a 'never give up' attitude;
  • Experience in a scale-up fast-growing company is a plus;
  • Knowledge in AI/ML is a desirable asset.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $80,000-$110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
