Sales Development Representative - EMEA Job Description

At Zendesk, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our EMEA sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales development, excellent communication skills, and fluency in French and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business growth in EMEA
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Utilize sales tools and technology to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and English
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales development
  • Passion for sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
