Sales Development Representative

At Zendesk, we're on a mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving new business and delivering on our sales strategy for the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of hot inbound leads in our CRM, with the goal of qualifying high-value opportunities for our Account Executives.
  • Use excellent communication skills to upsell and cross-sell, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to drive sales excellence and achieve targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our sales processes.
Requirements:
  • Passion for consultative sales and a proven track record of overachieving in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English, German, and Polish.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team, serving markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in SaaS sales or business internships.
