Sales Development Representative

At Zendesk, we're on a mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving our EMEA business forward. Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of hot inbound leads in our CRM, qualifying high-value opportunities for our Account Executives.
  • Upsell and cross-sell our products to customers, leveraging your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs, using this knowledge to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve targets and metrics, always striving to overachieve and succeed.
  • Be the face of Zendesk, delivering exceptional customer experiences and building a strong brand reputation.
What We're Looking For:
  • A proven track record of success in sales, with a passion for driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, with a hunger to succeed and a commitment to overachieving targets.
  • Proficiency in English, German, and Polish, with additional languages a plus.
