Sales Development Manager for Education Market

Gofluent is a leading provider of language learning solutions. We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in developing our business activities in the Italian Education Market.
Job DescriptionThis role will play a key part in expanding our market territory by prospecting clients, identifying decision makers, and closing meetings. You will be responsible for:
- Qualifying and understanding your prospects' business-critical issues and leading sales conversations to articulate the business impact Gofluent brings to an organization
- Developing compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for Gofluent solutions
- Building consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from key client accounts
- Working closely with our Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high potential deals
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in B2Edu sales
- SaaS and international experience are highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- A team player mindset, with a strong ability to build relationships at all levels of prospect Education organizations
- Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry is highly valued
- Native Italian speaker and at least B2 English level is essential
