Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across multiple sectors and markets in close collaboration with our European and Global Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities across the BENELUX area with prospects qualifying, progressing, and closing software/service revenue opportunities.
  • Use your experience and consultative selling skills to build relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
  • Manage RFI/RFP processes as required.
  • Manage the full life cycle of sales from generating leads, demonstrating the product, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning for and with our local sales team.
  • Utilise MS Dynamics CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates.
  • Varying ad-hoc tasks within business development, sales, and marketing.

Qualifications

  • We are looking for an experienced, hard-working and resilient Business Development Sales Manager. Additionally, you should have the following traits:
  • A passionate new business (hunter) sales professional with a proven track record of at least 3 years quota overachievement with SaaS, preferably ERP, solutions.
  • Experience and network within the PSO, Financial or other markets is an advantage but not essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree will be a plus.
  • Adaptable and lively, enthusiastic personality.
  • Results-oriented & Self-Starter / Self-Doer.
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn with a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Dutch – both written and verbally. Other languages are welcome.

Location
