**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales department and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a strategic sales plan, expanding our customer base, and establishing strong partnerships with distributors in Europe, Asia, and America.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue and expand our customer base
  • Manage a significant portfolio of accounts and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • BUILD AND PROMOTE PARTNERSHIPS WITH SALES AGENTS AND DISTRIBUTORS PRESENT IN EUROPE, ASIA, AND AMERICA
  • Identify new opportunities and market shifts, staying up-to-date with product developments and competition
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business administration, trade, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise
  • Proven ability to drive sales processes from planning to closure
  • ERP and CRM orientation
  • English (oral and written) is mandatory; French (at least intermediate) and other languages are advantageous (German, Polish, Italian, Spanish, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

**Compensation and Benefits:**

The estimated salary for this position is **€60,000 - €80,000 per annum**, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a competitive package and opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic organization.
