Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and develop long-term partnerships
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B account management or sales
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue increase
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
