We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Account Development Manager to join our vibrant team in Barcelona.

This role offers the opportunity to explore a career in account management, working with independent retailers across Europe to help them grow their sales by offering expert advice and managing their product ranges.

Key responsibilities will include:

Customer Engagement

• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through regular communication and tailored advice

• Conduct stock checks and ensure timely reorders of sold items

• Keep customers informed about new product ranges and identify opportunities to close deals

Relationship Building

• Foster long-term business relationships with customers and expand our stockist program

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Sales Growth

• Proven ability to influence clients and grow sales through expert advice and product knowledge

• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive business growth

Requirements

• Strong relationship-building skills with business partners and colleagues

• Excellent customer service and time management abilities

• High-level multitasking and organisational skills

• Full proficiency in German, Italian, and English

The ideal candidate will possess a higher technical diploma, a degree, or an equivalent higher level education qualification and hold a current driver's license. We offer a competitive salary of €32,000, 23 days holiday + 12 public holidays, profit share bonus, pension plan, and option to join our Share Save scheme, as well as relocation support and perks such as 25% to 50% discount on our products.
