Achieving Success in National Accounts

">

We're seeking a skilled Trade Development Manager - National Accounts to effectively manage and develop W/S and national accounts. This role is critical to delivering profit, volume, sales driver, and brand building objectives through compelling customer propositions that unlock growth opportunities and improve sustainable profit delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Build a sell-out culture for assigned customer portfolios by setting depletion targets and implementing trade terms and investments that support this focus shift.">
  • Contribute to high-impact commercial plans by developing deep knowledge of customers' structures, commercial policies, and selling methods.">
  • Develop collaborative relationships with key distributors and work closely with Wholesale Sales teams to identify partnership opportunities with outlets not covered by Account Executives.">
  • Implement a win-win model that considers customers', companies', and consumers' needs.">
  • Ensure flawless execution of indirect orders from On-Premise outlets and provide smooth service for deals.">
  • Drive maximum ROI from allocated national accounts and track financial performance to ensure targets are met.">
  • Lead a team of Distribution Executives and KAMs, promoting collaboration, communication, and development while modeling control, compliance, and ethics.">

About You

">

We're looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in sales departments, preferably in the FMCG sector or on-trade environment. Experience in managing Wholesalers is highly valued. As an inspirational people manager, you should possess excellent relationship-building skills, confident communication, team-playing, innovative thinking, results-orientation, high energy, outstanding negotiation skills, good prioritization, and a focus on total company delivery.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €85,000 - €105,000, depending on location and experience.
