Business Development Manager for Institutional Partnerships

Ebury, a leading FinTech firm, is looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join its rapidly growing Partnerships division in Lisbon.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with financial intermediaries and strategic partners. Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities, leverage existing partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
We offer a competitive €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a performance-based commission scheme. Our office in Lisbon provides a modern and dynamic work environment, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in sales and/or relationship management within the financial services sector.
- Experience generating large private client transactions, such as cross-border trades.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Portuguese and a business-level command of English.
